The invention discloses a high-comfort waterproof breathable yarn-card composite fabric and a production method thereof, and relates to the technical field of textiles. The method comprises the steps of activating a yarn card fabric by a low-temperature plasma instrument, and then reacting the yarn card fabric with a silane coupling agent to obtain a modified yarn card fabric; and then reacting the polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane with a dopamine solution and a sulfonated chitosan solution in sequence to obtain a modified polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane, coating an adhesive on the modified polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane, attaching the modified yarn card fabric to two sides of the modified polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane coated with the adhesive, performing hot-pressing curing to obtain a high-comfort waterproof breathable yarn card composite fabric blank, and performing alkali etching on the high-comfort waterproof breathable yarn card composite fabric blank to obtain the high-comfort waterproof breathable yarn card composite fabric. The high-comfort waterproof breathable yarn-card composite fabric prepared by the invention has excellent waterproof performance and breathability. |
