abstract | The invention discloses a phosphorus-doped nickel iron oxide nitrogen-doped carbon nanofiber composite material which is characterized in that the phosphorus-doped nickel iron oxide nitrogen-doped carbon nanofiber composite material is prepared by growing NiFe-LDH nanosheets in situ on the surface of nitrogen-doped carbon nanofibers by taking the nitrogen-doped carbon nanofibers as carriers. The preparation method comprises two processes of annealing process and high-temperature phosphorus doping. The phosphorus-doped nickel iron oxide nitrogen-doped carbon nanofiber composite material prepared by the invention has the advantages of large specific surface area, good conductivity, stable physical and chemical properties, excellent electrochemical performance and the like. |
