The invention provides a method and a device for researching the influence of nematodes on aspergillus flavus infection under drought stress conditions, and the method and the device achieve the effect of simultaneously maintaining the normal growth of plants and the drought stress of the surrounding environment of pods through the separation culture of root systems and a fruiting layer; meanwhile, a method for making nematode susceptible hosts between fruiting layers is adopted, so that continuous nematode pressure is created on pods. Experiments prove that the study on the influence of the infection of the peanut by the meloidogyne hapla in the north on the aflatoxin pollution is successful, the peanut artificial cultivation method is ingenious in arrangement and design, simple in preparation method, free of expensive and complex equipment, lays a foundation for the study on the related infection of the nematode, and has good practical application value. |
