The recombinant Corynebacterium glutamicum is obtained by overexpressing the self-derived ribosomal recycling factor RRF in Corynebacterium glutamicum. The recombinant Corynebacterium glutamicum of the invention improves the yield of acetylglucosamine, and the yield reaches 26.9 g/L, which lays a foundation for further metabolic engineering transformation of Corynebacterium glutamicum to produce glucosamine.
