abstract | The invention discloses a method for producing clomazone by electrodialysis method and a production device thereof, which utilizes a bipolar membrane electrodialysis process to electrolyze hydroxylamine sulfate into hydroxylamine and sulfate ions, the hydroxylamine reacts with o-chlorobenzyl chloride to generate N- (2-chloro-benzyl) -hydroxylamine, the N- (2-chloro-benzyl) -hydroxylamine is further reacted with chloro pivaloyl chloride, sodium sulfate or sodium chloride is added, and 3-chloro-N- (2-chloro-benzyl) -N-hydroxy-2, 2-dimethyl-propionamide is generated under the electrolysis of the bipolar membrane electrodialysis; 3-chloro-N- (2-chloro-benzyl) -N-hydroxy-2, 2-dimethyl-propionamide continues to close the ring under the alkaline condition to generate clomazone; the disclosed production device comprises a bipolar membrane electrodialysis reactor and a reaction kettle, wherein the bipolar membrane electrodialysis reactor is also communicated with a sulfuric acid tank and a hydrochloric acid tank. The invention has the advantages of simple equipment, strong production continuity, high production efficiency, high yield, good product quality, energy consumption saving, clean production and the like. |
