abstract The invention relates to an intraoperative blood vessel sling with a skin-core structure, which comprises a porous elastomer and a fiber coating material, wherein the porous elastomer is positioned on a core layer of the blood vessel sling, the fiber coating material is positioned on a skin layer of the blood vessel sling, the skin layer is coated outside the core layer, and the skin layer and the core layer jointly form the skin-core structure of the blood vessel sling; the fiber covering material is formed by weaving a plurality of fiber yarns. The blood vessel sling uses the porous elastomer as a core layer of the blood vessel sling, so that the blood vessel sling has certain flexibility; the fiber coating material is used as the cortex of the blood vessel sling, so that the blood vessel sling has good strength, and the maximum stretching degree of the blood vessel sling can be controlled in the using process.
