abstract The invention provides a gene fragment of jasmonic acid-isoleucine hydroxylase coding gene StCYP94B3-like and application of a silencing vector thereof in improving potato yield, relating to the technical field of genetic engineering. The cDNA sequence of the gene fragment of the StCYP94B3-like is shown in SEQ ID NO. 1. After the StCYP94B3-like gene fragment is used for constructing the RNAi silencing vector and the potato is transformed, the content of jasmonic acid-isoleucine (JA-Ile) can be obviously improved, the influence on the content of Jasmonic Acid (JA) is small, and the yield of the potato is further improved.
