Avian influenza virus TJ strain, avian influenza inactivated vaccine and preparation method thereof |
abstract |
The invention discloses avian influenza virus TJ strain, avian influenza inactivated vaccine and a preparation method thereof. In the present invention, an avian influenza virus TJ strain is isolated and obtained from a farm in the suburbs of Tianjin, and its microbial preservation number is CGMCC NO.14323. There are certain differences in the HA and NA amino acid sequences of the virus isolated strain TJ strain provided by the present invention and the existing JY strain and HZ strain. In terms of HI antibody titer, the avian influenza virus TJ strain isolated by the present invention is higher than the existing HZ strain. The strain was 4 titers higher and 3 titers higher than the existing JY strain. The present invention further uses the avian influenza virus TJ strain to prepare an avian influenza inactivated vaccine. The results of the efficacy test of the inactivated vaccine showed that the geometric mean values of the HI antibody titers of the chickens in the two immunization groups were 7.5log2 and 8.2log2, respectively. The results of the evaluation of the immune protection efficacy of the inactivated vaccine showed that the inactivated vaccine can provide the protection against the avian influenza virus. good protection. |
