titleOfInvention A kind of non-Newtonian fluid material for shoe material and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a non-Newtonian fluid material for shoe materials and a preparation method thereof. The material is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 75-85 parts of methyl silicone oil, 17-23 parts of vinyl silicone oil, and 2 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil. ~3 parts, 0.9-1.1 parts of platinum catalyst, 8.5-11.5 parts of white carbon black, and 17-23 parts of tapioca flour. The non-Newtonian fluid material of the present invention is used in the EVA/TPU supercritical foaming composite material, which can greatly improve the resilience and reduce the compression set rate, indicating that the EVA/TPU supercritical foaming shoe material uses the non-Newtonian fluid material of the present invention. Afterwards, the elasticity is greatly improved, and the rebound effect is good. When the shoe material is lightly pressed (that is, the shoe material bears a small force), the shoe material will be softer, and the resulting deformation will be larger, which is comfortable to wear, but the heavy pressure (that is, the shoe material can withstand Smaller and larger) and relatively hard, ensuring that the deformation will not be too large, effectively preventing excessive deformation, so that the shape is distorted and even cannot be recovered.
