The parts by weight of each component are: ester-based hydrophobic monomer for soap-free emulsification: 18-27 parts; initiator a: 0.48-0.72 parts; soap-free hydrophilic small monomer: 9-18 parts; chain transfer agent a : 0.41-0.69 parts; polyether macromonomer: 765-810 parts; unsaturated dicarboxylic acid: 32-68 parts; unsaturated sulfonic acid small monomers: 12-28 parts; alkyl acrylate: 50- 74 parts; chain transfer agent b: 2.3-3.8 parts; initiator b: 3.2-5.9 parts; initiator c: 2.6-4.6 parts; chain transfer agent c: 3.2-4.7 parts; pH adjuster: 7.7-11.5 parts. The method is carried out according to the following operation steps: 1. Preparation of soap-free polymer; 2. Preparation of A, B and C solutions; 3. Dropwise addition of A, B and C solutions; 4. Preparation of solid sheet-like polycarboxylic acid slump retention agent . The slump retaining agent can effectively slow down the hydration of cement, effectively maintain the slump of concrete for a long time, slow down the loss of concrete slump over time, and keep the fluidity and workability of concrete more stable in all aspects. |
