abstract The invention provides an acyl phosphine oxide photoinitiator, the chemical structural formula of which is shown in (I), and a preparation method thereof. The invention obtains the photoinitiator with higher electron cloud density or a larger conjugated system by introducing alkyl or increasing a conjugated structure (introducing alkylamino, alkoxy, arylamino and the like), so that the light absorption wavelength of the photoinitiator is red-shifted, the initiation efficiency is improved, and the mobility of the initiator is reduced.
