abstract |
The invention provides a method for manufacturing a percutaneous absorption sheet capable of preventing air bubbles from being involved in a liquid material. The method for producing a transdermal absorption sheet comprises the steps of: preparing a mold having a plurality of needle-like recesses and a step portion surrounding the plurality of needle-like recesses and higher than a surface on which the needle-like recesses are formed; and a step of supplying a liquid material for the transdermal absorption sheet from the discharge opening of the filling head to a region surrounded by the stepped portion of the mold, wherein the filling head includes a head body having an inner wall surface defining a supply channel, and the inner wall surface includes a tapered channel surface defining a tapered channel whose diameter gradually increases toward the discharge opening of the head body. |
