titleOfInvention Lacrimal passage suppository and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a lacrimal passage suppository and a preparation method thereof. The lacrimal passage suppository is prepared from raw materials including sulfhydrylation gellan gum and a polymer microsphere material; the sulfhydrylation gellan gum is formed by cross-linking raw materials comprising deacylated gellan gum, a cross-linking agent and a thiol compound; the mass ratio of the deacylated gellan gum to the cross-linking agent to the thiol compound is 0.1-1: 0.1-3: 0.1 to 3; the mass ratio of the sulfhydrylation gellan gum to the polymer microsphere material is 80-120: 0.1-2. The lacrimal passage suppository has proper mechanical property, has good adaptability with a lacrimal canaliculus structure, and has good curative effect on xerophthalmia.
