After adsorption treatment with macroporous adsorption resin column, the eluate of the eluted peak was collected after elution with ethanol solution, concentrated and freeze-dried; dissolved in double distilled water, centrifuged to get the supernatant, filtered through the membrane and applied to a cation exchange column, and NaCl aqueous solution was used.
