titleOfInvention Dyeing process of cotton fabric by phytolacca acinosa berry vegetable dye
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of dyeing processes, in particular to a dyeing process of a cotton fabric by using a phytolacca acinosa berry plant dye, which comprises the following steps: (1) pretreatment: frozen pokeberry berries; (2) pigment extraction: squeezing, standing at room temperature, filtering to remove impurities; extracting with ethanol, and filtering; adding 0-0.3% of tea polyphenol, and drying under reduced pressure to obtain a dye; (3) preparing a dye solution: preparing dye liquor from the dye by using glacial acetic acid solution with the pH value of 3-3.5; (4) primary dyeing: adding NaCl 0-3 g/L for fixation; heating to 46-48 ℃, dip dyeing at constant temperature, pressurizing under the pressure of 0.15-0.22 Mpa, and keeping the pressure for 7-9 min; taking out, washing off the floating color and then airing; (5) secondary dyeing: heating to 46-48 ℃, pressurizing again under the pressure of 0.26-0.3 Mpa, keeping the pressure for 16-20 min, taking out, washing off the floating color, and drying in the air. The steps of the invention are mutually linked and cooperated, the dyeing is carried out twice, and the pressurized dip dyeing is carried out, so that the dye-uptake and the color fastness of the fabric are high under the condition of not using a metal salt mordant.
