Zinc oxide nanoparticle ink and electroluminescent device |
abstract |
The present application discloses a zinc oxide nanoparticle ink and an electroluminescent device. Wherein, the zinc oxide nanoparticle ink includes zinc oxide nanoparticles and a first solvent, the first solvent is an alcohol ether with a boiling point of 180-300 °C; the second solvent, the second solvent is a boiling point of 180-280 °C Alcohols; a third solvent, the third solvent is esters with a boiling point of 175-280°C; a fourth solvent, the fourth solvent is a fluorocarbon alcohol with a boiling point of 170-220°C. The zinc oxide nanoparticles can be uniformly and stably dispersed in the above system, and will not cause agglomeration or precipitation when placed for a long time. When the zinc oxide nanoparticle ink of the present application is used as the electron transport layer of the device, the electroluminescent device has excellent electrical properties. |
