abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of self-stabilization PVC resin, which comprises the steps of placing 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride resin, 1-10 parts by weight of metal organic compound, 0.3-3 parts by weight of initiator and 0-10 parts by weight of dispersing aid in a mixer, mixing for no less than 24 hours at 10-30 ℃, fully contacting each reactant, placing the uniformly mixed mixture in a microwave reactor for solid-phase reaction for 8-25 minutes at 30-50 ℃, or placing the mixture in a high-energy vibration mill for solid-phase reaction for 10-30 hours at 30-50 ℃, and obtaining the self-stabilization PVC resin. The self-stabilization PVC resin prepared by the method has obviously improved thermal stability compared with common PVC resin, has basic performances of appearance, apparent density and the like equivalent to those of the original resin, and has very wide application prospect. |
