According to the method, the flow field characteristics are considered, the measuring points which can reflect the influence of ammonia injection are selected, the ammonia injection amount can be controlled more accurately, and the fluctuation of the concentration of nitrogen oxides caused by the change of the ammonia injection is reduced, so that the problems that the fine operation cannot be performed and the consumption of ammonia in the operation of a denitration device is increased can be solved.
