abstract A method for rapidly and visually distinguishing different chiral penicillamine and racemic penicillamine in a sample belongs to the technical field of rapid and visual detection of amino acid. The method comprises the following steps of firstly, distinguishing chiral penicillamine, racemic penicillamine and/or chiral penicillamine mixtures in actual samples by utilizing the turbidity condition and the luminescence property of reaction solutions of the actual samples; then, judging the chiral configuration of the penicillamine in the actual sample by a method of adding a standard chiral penicillamine; finally, the chiral configuration of the penicillamine in the actual sample is confirmed by a method of adding another chiral penicillamine. The invention has the advantages of simple equipment, little pollution, low cost, simple and rapid operation, high sensitivity and accurate and reliable result. In addition, the invention has strong anti-interference capability, and other amino acids with similar structures, such as cysteine and N-acetyl-D-penicillamine, do not cause interference to the invention. The invention can be applied to basic laboratories and is expected to be developed into a practical technology for distinguishing chiral amino acids.
