abstract The invention relates to a flame-retardant artificial lawn, which is prepared by weaving artificial grass fiber to the front side of lawn base fabric, coating glue on the back side of the lawn base fabric, and finally drying and curing, wherein the artificial grass fiber is prepared from matrix resin, flame-retardant master batches, color master batches, anti-aging master batches and PPA master batches, and the raw materials of the flame-retardant master batches comprise the matrix resin, ammonium polyphosphate, red phosphorus, a carbonizing agent, a synergist, a compatilizer (PE-g-Mah), NOR-116 and the like. The lawn base fabric is PP base fabric or PP base fabric added with flame-retardant master batch. The artificial grass fiber comprises straight filaments and curved filaments in any proportion. The application discloses a formula of a flame-retardant artificial lawn and a method for manufacturing the artificial lawn according to the formula.
