abstract | The invention discloses a light material stranded welding wire for aerospace, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 5 to 5.8 percent of copper, 0.04 to 0.08 percent of manganese, 0.12 to 0.2 percent of titanium, 0.2 to 0.4 percent of chromium, 0.01 to 0.04 percent of vanadium, 0.8 to 1.6 percent of scandium, 0.01 to 0.04 percent of tellurium, 0.6 to 1.4 percent of bismuth, 0.8 to 1.8 percent of magnesium, 0.1 to 0.16 percent of iron, 0.4 to 0.6 percent of silicon, 0.8 to 1.2 percent of rare earth, less than or equal to 0.02 percent of other impurity elements and the balance of aluminum. The invention discloses a preparation process of the aerospace light material stranded welding wire, which comprises the following steps: smelting raw materials and slagging off; keeping the temperature of the alloy liquid after smelting, refining, standing, filtering and deslagging to obtain filtrate; casting the filtrate into a rodlike aluminum alloy casting blank, and annealing; extruding to obtain an aluminum alloy wire blank, drawing to obtain an aluminum alloy welding wire, and then degreasing, polishing, passivating and stranding to obtain the stranded welding wire. |
