Modified epoxy asphalt particles, water-in-oil base drilling fluid and preparation method thereof |
abstract |
The invention discloses modified epoxy asphalt particles, a water-in-oil base drilling fluid and a preparation method thereof. The modified epoxy asphalt particles of the invention comprise the following components: the modified asphalt comprises modified asphalt, epoxy resin and a curing agent, wherein the components of the modified asphalt comprise: matrix asphalt, organic acid anhydride, SBR mother liquor and a cross-linking agent. The modified epoxy asphalt particles have small particle size, certain elastic deformation capacity and excellent high temperature resistance. The drilling fluid has good rheological property and high-temperature and high-pressure fluid loss reduction effect when used at high temperature. |
