titleOfInvention | Novel crystal form of canagliflozin and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a crystal form H of canagliflozin and a preparation method thereof. The form H has an X-ray powder diffraction comprising 3 or more 2 Θ values selected from the group consisting of: 3.4 +/-0.2 degrees, 3.7 +/-0.2 degrees, 7.6 +/-0.2 degrees, 11.5 +/-0.2 degrees, 15.4 +/-0.2 degrees, 19.3 +/-0.2 degrees, 23.2 +/-0.2 degrees, 23.6 +/-0.2 degrees and 27.2 +/-0.2 degrees, wherein the onset value of the differential scanning calorimetry analysis of the crystal form H is between 100 and 110 ℃, and meanwhile, the thermogravimetric analysis of the crystal form H shows that the weight loss is 2.0 to 3.0 percent at the temperature of between 25 and 300 ℃. The crystal form H has the advantages of high purity, stable physicochemical property, good reproducibility, simple production process and suitability for industrial production. |
