The invention discloses a carbon fiber cement base, a manufacturing method and a winter indoor heating device. The carbon fiber cement base comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1200-1305 parts of cement, 600-652.5 parts of water, 16.83-20.85 parts of carbon fiber, 197.5-227.5 parts of silicon powder, 8-11 parts of dispersing agent and 4-6 parts of defoaming agent. A winter indoor heating device comprises a heat generating layer, wherein the heat generating layer is a carbon fiber cement base; the lower side surface of the heat production layer is connected with a maintenance layer, and the lower side surface of the maintenance layer and the upper side surface of the heat production layer are both connected with packaging layers; the left and right sides of the heat-generating layer are connected with electrodes, and the electrodes are connected with leads. The carbon fiber cement base material ensures the resistivity; the heat-producing layer is separated by the packaging layer, has good heat resistance, alkali resistance, insulativity and the like, and is high in safety; by adopting the radiation heating method, the heating effect is good, the comfort level is high, a warm environment can be obtained without heating too high temperature, and the energy is saved; the operation is simple, and the required accessory equipment is few. |
