titleOfInvention Antibacterial straw for in-situ preparation and fixation of nano-silver particles and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses an antibacterial straw for in-situ preparation and fixation of nano-silver particles and a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: cutting the rod-shaped straws into sections to obtain blocky straws; soaking the blocky straws in a silver ammonia solution, stirring to obtain a mixed solution, carrying out microwave treatment under a stirring state, washing a product after the microwave treatment, and drying to obtain the antibacterial straws with the nano silver particles prepared in situ and fixed. According to the method, the nano silver is reduced in situ by utilizing the reductive functional group of the biomass and is fixed on the surface and the inside of the straw, the prepared nano silver particles are uniformly dispersed and uniform in particle size, and the distribution density condition of the nano silver particles can be realized by adjusting the concentration of the silver ammonia solution. The method uses the solid straws as the reducing agent and the stabilizing agent to prepare the nano silver particles, and is green, environment-friendly, easy to operate, low in cost and low in toxicity; the microwave-assisted preparation method is simple and easy to implement, low in energy consumption and rapid in reaction. The prepared nano silver particles are attached to the surface of the straw and the inner pore passage, and the structure is stable.
