abstract The invention discloses a special cable resistant to 1600 ℃ ultrahigh temperature and flame scouring, which sequentially comprises a conductor core, a polyimide composite insulating layer, a silicon rubber inner layer, an aerogel felt layer, a threaded pipe and a silicon rubber outer layer from inside to outside, wherein the silicon rubber outer layer is connected with a circle of silicon rubber composite ceramic layer through an L-shaped support; the aerogel felt layer is formed by winding aerogel felt belts in the same direction; liquid nitrogen is filled in the threaded pipe. The invention provides a novel special cable structure, which realizes a multiple heat insulation method of silicon rubber ceramic-air heat insulation-liquid nitrogen cooling-aerogel heat insulation-insulating film heat insulation, has light weight, better bending property, convenient installation and use, can resist high temperature of 1600 ℃ and 30 seconds, keeps a large current on state and basically keeps constant current; the invention can adapt to the ignition and launching process of the rocket thruster.
