titleOfInvention | A method for visual detection of Cu2+ based on GQDs photocatalysis |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical sensing, and in particular relates to a method for visual detection of Cu 2+ based on GQDs photocatalysis. The invention provides a method for visual detection of Cu 2+ based on GQDs photocatalysis, comprising the following steps: preparing GQDs; preparing a sample solution; configuring standard solutions with different Cu 2+ concentrations; mixing and constructing a sensing system; Colorimetric detection: measure the absorbance of the solution D at 650 nm with an ultraviolet spectrophotometer; make a standard curve; and determine the concentration of Cu 2+ in the water sample to be tested by the standard curve. The method for visual detection of Cu 2+ based on GQDs photocatalysis of the present invention utilizes the photocatalytic activity of GQDs to construct a new colorimetric platform, which can realize high sensitivity and selective sensing of Cu 2+ in the actual water environment, and realize low-cost detection instruments. Cost, rapid and on-site detection, the method is simple to operate, economical and environmentally friendly, rapid detection, high selectivity and strong sensitivity. |
