abstract |
The invention discloses a method for evaluating the aroma of tobacco from different origins based on GC-IMS. The method comprises the following steps: S1: collecting and processing tobacco leaves from different standard origins to obtain a standard reference substance; S2: linking tobacco leaves by gas chromatography ion mobility spectrum Use the instrument (GC-IMS) to detect the volatile substances of the standard reference substance, and obtain the control data; S3: By comparing and analyzing the control data, and formulating the fingerprint of the aroma substances of tobacco leaves corresponding to the standard origin, the fingerprint of the standard control is obtained. ; S4: Detect volatile substances in the sample to be tested by gas chromatography ion mobility spectrometry (GC-IMS) to obtain sample data; S5: Partition the sample data for PCA analysis, and perform similarity calculation (compared with the standard Fingerprints) to determine the origin of the sample. In the present application, the chemical substances affecting the aroma of tobacco are detected by an instrument, and the origin of different tobacco samples is confirmed and evaluated, thereby avoiding the high cost and instability caused by manual evaluation. |
