titleOfInvention | Colorimetric sensing method based on p-terephthalaldehyde 2-amino-4-methylphenol Schiff base for detecting dopamine |
abstract | The invention discloses a colorimetric sensing method based on MAPPA for detecting dopamine, which is characterized in that 50 mu M MAPPA is used as a visible light-induced oxidase, 500 mu M TMB is used as a chromogenic substrate, the chromogenic substrate is added into 500 mu L NaAc-HAc buffer solution with 10 mM pH =4.0, dopamine with different concentrations is added into the solution, the dopamine is uniformly mixed and then respectively irradiated for 6 min by visible light, and finally, an enzyme-labeling instrument is used for measuring the absorbance change value at 652 nm. The absorbance value is gradually reduced along with the increase of the concentration of the dopamine, the absorbance and the logarithm of the concentration of the dopamine are in a linear relation in the concentration range of 0.01-100 mu M, and the normal concentration of the dopamine in the blood of a human body is 1.06-2.11 mu M. |
