titleOfInvention | Application of ILT4 in tumor diagnosis and treatment |
abstract | The invention provides application of ILT4 in tumor diagnosis and treatment. The invention adopts real-time PCR and flow cytometry to detect the expression of ILT4 in human tumor cell strains and epithelial cell strains, adopts immunohistochemical detection of the expression of ILT4 in NSCLC and breast cancer patient tissues, and statistically analyzes the correlation between the expression and clinical pathological characteristics and total survival (OS) of patients; analyzing the correlation of expression of ILT4 in human NSCLC, breast, prostate, and malignant melanoma tumor tissues with patient prognosis; it is demonstrated that high expression of ILT4 is a common feature of malignant tumors, suggesting a poor prognosis for the patient. Meanwhile, gene transfection and knockout technologies are utilized to respectively up/down regulate ILT4 in ILT4 low/high expression tumor cells, and the induction effect of ILT4 on T cell aging is determined through a co-culture system of the tumor cells and the T cells, so that the method has good practical application value. |
