titleOfInvention Construction and application of a high-yielding antifungal active substance strain
abstract The invention discloses the construction of a high-yield antifungal active substance strain and its application. The constructed strain can greatly improve the yield of ATB, and can reduce the cost of subsequent large-scale industrial production. The present invention further provides a method for producing ATB by using the strain, and optimizes the SGC medium. By adding amino acids, the yield of ATB is greatly increased, up to 893.32 mg/L, which is 50 times higher than that of the original strain. Moreover, the present invention also discloses that the compound ATB has highly effective antagonistic activity against various plant pathogenic fungi and oomycetes. Therefore, ATB has the potential to be developed as a biological pesticide to control crop diseases.
