The invention has the advantages that: (1) the research adopts multi-cell sequence catalysis for the first time, and FDCA is synthesized by two steps in one pot. (2) The synthesis method can obviously improve the yield, the yield and the productivity of the FDCA, and can realize the high-efficiency conversion from HMF to the FDCA only by simple cell culture and sequence catalysis; and expensive cofactors are not needed, the process is simple and controllable, and the method has good practicability and is easy to industrialize.
