titleOfInvention A kind of separation and purification method of pyridine chloride and solvent
abstract The invention relates to a method for separating pyridine chloride and solvent by adopting the principle that some pyridine chlorides can form salts with inorganic acids, improving the purity of the solvent, and recovering the pyridine chlorides that form salts. The solvent containing pyridine chloride is added with mineral acid in a weight ratio of 1:0.1 to 1 for mixed extraction, and then through the layering and deacidification process, the solvent is purified to a content of ≥99.0% to meet the reuse requirements. The layered inorganic acid mixed solution containing pyridine chloride is diluted, crystallized and filtered to recover pyridine chloride.
