Monoclonal antibodies that specifically bind to MRS |
abstract |
The present invention relates to the technical field of anti-MRS monoclonal antibodies, and more particularly, to a fragment specific for amino acids 861-900 of the amino acids of the human methionyl-tRNA synthetase protein represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 Sexually bound antibodies or fragments thereof, methods of making the same, and compositions for diagnosing cancer comprising the same. The antibody or its fragment of the present invention specifically binds to human MRS, and has no cross-reactivity with other proteins containing the same ARS family, so it can be detected by MRS and is suitable for the diagnosis of MRS-related cancer. |
