abstract | The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a tensile tearing foot-treading electric wire and the electric wire, comprising the following steps: the bare copper wire and the multiple strands of nylon wires are led into the inner die together through the branching plate hole, the multiple strands of nylon wires uniformly surround the bare copper wire to form a conducting wire, and an insulating layer is formed on the outer periphery of the conducting wire through extrusion to obtain a core wire; and extruding the outer surface of the core wire to form an outer sheath layer to obtain the tensile tearing foot treading wire. According to the invention, by adding the nylon wire material with excellent resilience, high temperature resistance, solvent resistance, weather resistance and the like and the excellent insulating layer, the performances of pulling resistance, bending resistance, tensile resistance, pulling resistance, foot treading resistance and the like of the conductor and the wire are improved, the service life of the wire at the sole is prolonged, and the defects of wire foaming, nylon wire retraction and the like after the increase of the nylon wire are avoided by combining the manufacturing method. |
