abstract | The invention provides an antistatic and antibacterial polyacetal resin and a preparation method thereof. The polyacetal resin includes polyacetal, thiophene compounds and a reactive compatibilizer. The thiophene compound is a thiophene compound containing an epoxy group. The reactive compatibilizer is diisocyanate. The preparation method of the polyacetal resin comprises the steps of uniformly mixing polyacetal and auxiliary agents, and mixing and reacting the above-mentioned mixture with thiophene compounds and reactive compatibilizers. In the present invention, the antistatic property, antibacterial property and thermal stability of the polyacetal resin are effectively improved by reacting and extruding the thiophene polymer, the diisocyanate-reactive compatibilizer, and other additives with the polyacetal resin. It can be widely used in the modification of polyacetal resin. |
