abstract | The invention discloses a mass spectrum method for detecting primary metabolites in corn pollen in a high-throughput manner. The first system identified 67 primary metabolites contained in pollen. Then, a target metabolome analysis method is established for 67 primary metabolites, and quantitative analysis can be carried out on the maize pollen primary metabolome at one time. Comprises the steps of sample pretreatment, chromatographic mass spectrometry separation, metabolite result identification and metabolite quantitative analysis. The method has the advantages of good repeatability, high stability, rapidness and reliability, and is suitable for the analysis of the nascent metabolome of the pollen samples of corn pollen and other crops. |
