abstract The invention provides a probe library, a detection method and a kit for detecting effectiveness of a DNA cross-damage synthesis repair pathway, wherein the probe library consists of probes shown in SEQ ID NO. 1-138, and the probe library is prepared into the detection kit which can be used for detecting genes related to the DNA cross-damage synthesis repair pathway. The probe library is used for enriching target DNA fragments to be analyzed, and then sequencing is carried out on the enriched DNA fragments through a sequencing means, so that the effectiveness of gene detection is realized. The gene related to the DNA cross-damage synthesis repair pathway can be used for predicting the occurrence tendency of tumors, evaluating the malignancy degree and clinical prognosis of the tumors and guiding the screening and research and development of new drugs, so the invention has important guiding significance on the research direction of gene functionality.
