abstract The invention discloses a biological marker for diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson's disease, and the biological marker is LXN. The present invention proves that LXN is differentially expressed in Parkinson's disease patients through QPCR experiment. In order to further verify the correlation between LXN and Parkinson's disease, a PD cell model is constructed to prove that interfering with LXN expression can reverse the damage effect of MPP+ on cells. LXN can be a biomarker for the diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson's disease. The research results of the present invention provide new methods and strategies for clinical diagnosis or treatment of Parkinson's disease.
