The addiction device utilizes a product-inducible promoter to control the expression of a chassis cell survival gene. In the production process, the product induces the expression of the survival gene and supplements the auxotrophy of the chassis cell, so that the production strain is addicted to the product, namely, the high-yield thalli has higher growth rate, the low-yield thalli has lower growth rate, the low-yield mutant thalli is eliminated in the fermentation process, the high-yield thalli is enriched, and the strain keeps the stability of production characters in the long-term fermentation and amplification processes.
