titleOfInvention | Application of parabacteroides gomerdae in preparation of pharmaceutical composition for treating chronic kidney diseases |
abstract | The invention relates to the field of microorganisms, in particular to application of parabacteroides gomerdae in preparing a medicinal composition for treating chronic kidney diseases. The paragonimus gasseri can improve the phenomenon of glomerular sclerosis caused by chronic kidney diseases of animals or human beings and the phenomenon of mononuclear leukocyte infiltration around kidney tissues, and can effectively improve the renal function of individuals so as to inhibit the occurrence of the chronic kidney diseases; meanwhile, the paradisella gasseri can reduce the kidney inflammation and the kidney fibrosis by reducing the expression of MCP-1 gene, IL-1 beta gene, COL3A1 gene and COL6A1 gene in the kidney tissue, and can improve the activity of mitochondria in the kidney cells by improving the expression of ACAA2 gene, PPAR-gamma gene, CPT1 gene and PGC-1 alpha gene in the kidney tissue; therefore, can be used for inhibiting or treating chronic kidney diseases and the preparation of related pharmaceutical compositions. |
