abstract |
The invention discloses a separation process of long-chain amino acids and long-chain dibasic acids, as follows: (1) adding water and extractant to the acid hydrolysis suspension of mixed amide derivatives to obtain an aqueous phase and an extractant phase; (2) ) separating the mixture in step (1) into an aqueous phase containing long-chain amino acid salts and alkylamine salts and an extractant phase containing long-chain dibasic acids, short-chain alkyl acids and impurities; (3) using alkaline The reagent neutralizes the water phase of step (2) to obtain a crystal suspension of long-chain amino acids; (4) reclaims the long-chain amino acids by solid-liquid separation and obtains an aqueous solution of mother liquor; (5) separates the long-chain amino acids from the extractant phase of step (2) chain dibasic acids, short chain alkyl acids and impurities. |
