Manufacturing method of laminated body, laminated body, and manufacturing method of flexible printed circuit board |
abstract |
The present invention provides a laminate in which wrinkles and interlayer peeling are suppressed, a method for producing the same, and a method for producing a flexible printed board in which the occurrence of wrinkles and interlayer peeling is suppressed. In the manufacturing method of this laminated body, the 1st base material which has a 1st surface and a 2nd surface is arrange|positioned on one side or both sides of the 1st base material which consists of any one or both of the heat-resistant base material layer and the metal foil layer. For the second base material, the first base material and the second base material are conveyed so that the first surface faces the first base material side at a temperature T 1 of 0° C. to 100° C. Lamination is performed under pressure in the thickness direction to obtain a laminate I in which the first base material and the second base material are directly laminated; wherein the first surface contains a fluororesin, and the wetting tension is 30 to 60 mN/m ; The wetting tension of the second surface is smaller than the wetting tension of the first surface by more than 2mN/m. |
