A high-speed data transmission cable for an automobile comprises a central wire harness, an aluminum foil layer, a woven layer and a sheath layer; the central wire harness is externally coated with an aluminum foil layer, the aluminum foil layer is externally coated with a braided layer, and the braided layer is externally coated with a sheath layer; the central wire harness is formed by twisting four wire cores, and each wire core comprises a central conductor and an insulating layer; the central conductor is an annealed copper conductor formed by crossing normal stranding; the raw materials of the insulating layer comprise isotactic polypropylene, a free radical initiator, dioctyl phthalate, barium sulfate, an auxiliary agent, low-density polyethylene, aluminum oxide, polytetrafluoroethylene, polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate, ABS high-adhesive powder, ACR (acrylic rubber) impact resistant agent, polyethylene glycol, methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silane, cinnamon essential oil and an antioxidant. The invention ensures the dielectric constant characteristic by adopting the insulating layer made of special foamed PP material, and realizes the data transmission characteristic without difference among the four wire cores by controlling stable and consistent process parameters. |
