titleOfInvention Polymer-coated perovskite quantum dots, preparation method thereof, and semiconductor light-emitting material comprising the same
abstract The invention provides a polymer-coated perovskite quantum dot, a preparation method thereof, and a semiconductor light-emitting material comprising the same, and relates to the technical field of optical materials. The preparation method firstly comprises a polymer material, a first precursor and a second The precursor solution of the precursor is added to a n-hexane solution containing surface ligands to form a water-in-oil emulsion; then a demulsifier is added to break the demulsification to obtain polymer-coated perovskite quantum dots. The polymer-coated perovskite quantum dots prepared by the above method can reach a smaller particle size in the nanoscale; at the same time, the above-mentioned preparation method is a one-pot preparation, and no intermediate separation step is required in the preparation process, and the outer layer coating can be directly obtained. Perovskite quantum dots covered with polymers have the advantages of simple preparation process and high efficiency. In addition, the polymer-coated perovskite quantum dots prepared by this method can be uniformly dispersed in water.
