The invention relates to a kaolin-supported vanadium oxidative desulfurization catalyst, a preparation method and application thereof. The catalyst uses vanadium as an active component and modified kaolin as a carrier material. The modified kaolin is added into the vanadium source solution, impregnated, dried and roasted to prepare the catalyst. The catalyst is used in the field of deep desulfurization of fuel oil. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of large storage capacity of raw materials, simple modification process and obvious effect, achieving a desulfurization rate of more than 99.9% within 15 minutes, meeting the requirement of deep desulfurization, and having great application prospects in the field of fuel oil desulfurization. |
