titleOfInvention | Preparation method of high-capacity adsorption activated carbon applied to volatile organic compounds, product and application thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of high-capacity adsorption activated carbon applied to volatile organic compounds, and a product and application thereof, and the preparation method promotes the broad-spectrum and high-capacity adsorption of the activated carbon on typical air pollutants through in-situ modification and post-treatment combination. The method mainly uses cellulose as a main raw material, introduces transition metal cerium, cobalt and/or manganese before carbonization of the cellulose, regulates and controls the phase structure of the activated carbon in situ, further adopts gas heat treatment activation to the obtained transition metal regulated and controlled activated carbon, and finally realizes the preparation of the high-capacity activated carbon. The prepared high-capacity activated carbon has high adsorption capacity in the purification process of typical air pollutants including formaldehyde, propane and benzene, has the characteristics of broad spectrum and high capacity, and has great application potential. |
