titleOfInvention | Waste heat recovery denitration device and working method |
abstract | The invention aims to provide waste heat recovery denitration equipment and a working method, which are used for solving the technical problem of reducing denitration operation cost by utilizing waste heat recovery. The original flue gas is introduced into a flue gas heat exchanger, and enters a heating chamber for further heating after being preliminarily heated by the flue gas heat exchanger; the denitration agent in the denitration agent system enters a mixing chamber to be primarily mixed with the heated raw flue gas and then enters a reaction container; the nitrogen oxides in the mixed flue gas are reduced into nitrogen and water by a denitrifying agent under the catalysis of a specific high temperature and a catalyst in a reaction container, so as to complete denitrification; the temperature of the denitrated high-temperature smoke upwards sequentially passes through the smoke heat exchanger and the air heat exchanger, and the waste heat is recovered and then discharged to the atmosphere through a chimney. |
