The estradiol benzoate and progesterone are adopted to induce the hyperplasia of mammary glands of rats, the influence of the borneol cinnamate on the hyperplasia of mammary glands animal model is inspected, and the results show that: the borneol cinnamate can obviously reduce the diameter of the nipple of a model rat, relieve hyperplasia of mammary glands and luminal dilatation, and reduce the number of duct epithelial cell layers and acinus, which indicates that the borneol cinnamate can obviously improve the hyperplasia symptom of mammary glands of the rat and can be used for preparing the medicine for treating hyperplasia of mammary glands.
