titleOfInvention Preparation method of low-volatility organic solvent for grinding pigment
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a low-volatility organic solvent for grinding pigment, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a component A, a component B, N, N-dimethylformamide and water; wherein the component A comprises a micromolecular alcohol compound, and the weight portion is 10-70 wt%; the component B comprises 1-15 wt% of nonionic surfactant; 1-10 wt% of N, N-dimethylformamide; the balance of the water in parts by weight; (2) and (3) putting the component A, the component B, N, N-dimethylformamide and water into a container, mixing, standing, and finishing the preparation if the mixture is clear non-layering liquid after standing. The technical scheme reduces the negative effects of solvent volatile gas on the environment and human health on the premise of keeping the same effects of soaking the surface of the pigment, softening resin and lubricating the surface of the mixing roller.
